檳城第一站入住選了很久，最後有小童泳池價格也有優惠選了這家，可惜想要到喬治城附近逛逛沒有能續住，以後再來休閑的行程一定會多住幾天住了，房間寬敞設施完善，窗外能看到海，很開闊明亮的感覺！作為最吸引小盆友的地方就是泳池，早得不想出來，小童泳池和大人泳池都體驗過了！就是泳池旁邊地下衞生間儲物櫃可以利用的太少了，不知道是不是還有其他可以用的區域。酒店有長廊通向海邊，所以海邊散步吹風或者玩會水都可以。酒店自己的餐飲服務很好，早餐人很多也管理得很細緻周到。附近有幾家不錯的海邊餐廳，也值得嘗試。工作人員熱情友好，管理周到，入住都提供了曲奇，一下提高了小盆友的興致，留下很好的印象～

酒店內部設施好，房間大，早餐非常豐富的度假酒店。在海邊，但是離峇都丁宜海灘有一點距離，需要打車或者酒店附近的公交。周邊沒有餐館，要麼在酒店內吃，要麼打車去周邊餐廳，步行不是很方便。

酒店公共區域非常不錯，且緊鄰巴都丁宜沙灘，酒店內有泰迪熊博物館，非常適合親子。工作人員都面帶微笑服務，尤其前台Nazrah和Nanthini兩位女士非常熱情，多次幫忙解決在入住期間遇到的問題。感謝希爾頓酒店培養出這麼優秀的員工。

住過體驗最差的希爾頓酒店大廳門前還有很多空位，下大雨不讓停，非要讓停到旁邊的停車樓，非常窄，根本停不下大車；到了房間打了客房服務要牙刷，等了將近一個小時還送不到，反覆打了一兩次才勉強送來，還少送了一副；（電話説的很清楚要三副，多一副給孩子的）在餐廳點餐，半個小時才上了一個炸雞翅~ 最後實在等不了了，詢問沒有做的菜取消掉，服務員理直氣壯的説沒有做；（已經完成點餐50分鐘）回到房間，洗澡熱水也要等~ 酒店的房間選擇也不清晰，口杯也是贓的，預訂了兩晚衹給一晚的房卡授權，枕頭有黴味，睡到半夜有機器轟隆的聲音（確定是酒店內部的聲音，不是空調）等等等等吧，感覺就是來難為我的~ 最後再也不會預訂希爾頓任何酒店，徹徹底底沒有酒店的管理行為，更不要提賓客服務，酒店人員向客人起碼得打招呼都沒有，希爾頓真是讓我學習了。

酒店的海灘衹需要經過一條小天橋就能去到，海景的房間真的好美！服務人員態度很好，跟前台説了我們早上6:30早起趕飛機，就幫我們打包早餐，還一直問我們要不要咖啡和茶。第一天到的時候不太會用打車軟件，禮賓部的小哥哥就幫我們叫車，真的太好人了

位置：在市區和海灘的中間，周圍什麼餐廳都沒有，離最近的海灘也有2公里，出去吃飯衹能打車，還好打車也方便。也可以叫grab外賣，外賣品種很多。酒店有個天橋可以直接到對面的小海灘，但那個海灘質量一般，不去也罷。服務：這個酒店估計屬於馬來區，工作人員都是當地人，服務態度就很一般…動作都是慢吞吞的…房間打掃的工作人員還不錯，餐廳的工作人員都是愛答不理的… 設施：稍微有些舊，但也還行，兩室一廳套房有小童帳篷，露台非常大，海景很漂亮～樓下游泳池還不錯，旁邊還有小童遊玩區。

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Penang, Batu Ferringhi, and honestly, I’ve never been so disappointed with a Hilton property. The room we were given was dusty and had plaster bagworms (household casebearers) almost everywhere; on the curtains, the ceiling, and even one crawling on the bed. When we called reception to report it, they offered to change our room but said they couldn’t give us the same setup (we needed two single beds since I was traveling with a friend). We then asked for housekeeping to at least clean the room. When the staff member arrived, even he was shocked by the number of insects and said he had never seen them before. He called the reception himself to report how serious the issue was. and only then did they suddenly manage to find a similar room available on another floor. Since it was already close to midnight, we agreed to move. Unfortunately, the new room was smaller, still dusty, and although there were fewer bagworms, we still saw some near the curtains. Overall, the whole experience left a bad impression. The location is good, and breakfast was excellent, but the cleanliness and response to the issue were unacceptable, especially for a Hilton brand. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the pest and housekeeping issues because the potential of this hotel is there; but the current state doesn’t justify the price at all.

Hospitality is superb, but the only downside is the kids' pool. It was so slippery at the 3 hoops sections. Slipped and fell hard on it. Hurt my wrist as I used my wrist to break the fall. It happened too fast.. hopefully, the maintenance could look into it and really scrubbed it as it is indeed very dangerous for the kids.

Good and comfortable hotel. Had good sleep and rest. Very good service from housekeeping and restaurant staff. Only issue is slightly further from town centre but worth the travel because the air is fresher. Spacious room too, two bedrooms combined via an external sliding door

檳城第一站入住選了很久，最後有小童泳池價格也有優惠選了這家，可惜想要到喬治城附近逛逛沒有能續住，以後再來休閑的行程一定會多住幾天住了，房間寬敞設施完善，窗外能看到海，很開闊明亮的感覺！作為最吸引小盆友的地方就是泳池，早得不想出來，小童泳池和大人泳池都體驗過了！就是泳池旁邊地下衞生間儲物櫃可以利用的太少了，不知道是不是還有其他可以用的區域。酒店有長廊通向海邊，所以海邊散步吹風或者玩會水都可以。酒店自己的餐飲服務很好，早餐人很多也管理得很細緻周到。附近有幾家不錯的海邊餐廳，也值得嘗試。工作人員熱情友好，管理周到，入住都提供了曲奇，一下提高了小盆友的興致，留下很好的印象～
